Introspection is well underway among Democrats

Election night on Tuesday was longer than most observers -- and certainly most pollsters -- expected. Gov. Phil Murphy was ahead in all the pre-election polls, but his Republican challenger Jack Ciattarelli told anyone who would listen that the race was too close to call.
