In this photograph, you can see that people are lighting candles.
They are actually on the State House lawn and participating in the silent vigil that was held for the people of Biafra who were fighting during the Nigerian Civil War from 1967 to 1970.
The State House was built in the Greek Revival style based on buildings that were built in Greece, which was the birthplace of democracy.
People over the years have always gathered at the State House to show their support or their non-support of different issues in Ohio.
