Columbus photographer Rick Buchanan is one of twelve central Ohio artists who have been accepted into this year’s Emerging Artist program at the Columbus Arts Festival. Buchanan may be new to the festival circuit, but he is no stranger to the camera. He’s made a career of capturing some of the city’s most notable people and events.
