Broad and High

Artist Profile: Sara Swink

Clip: Season 1 Episode 31 | 7m 32s

From Oregon Public Broadcasting Ceramic artist Sara Swink uses her inner child and her psyche to create ceramic figures that she says embody a psychological stance with a dash of humor. Her pieces take on a life of their own, often characterized by their visual juxtapositions. They are reminiscent of characters from dreams and half-forgotten nightmares.
